YaYa – Healing Through Sound.
Creates therapeutic music rooted in nervous system healing, somatic awareness, and lived experience. With a Master of Social Work and as a trauma-responsive practitioner, the work is grounded in both clinical insight and embodied practice—bridging science, spirit, and sound.
The music is an extension of work facilitated in schools, groups, and healing spaces. Drawing from polyvagal theory, breathwork, and somatic regulation, each track is intentionally crafted to support emotional release, inner safety, and reconnection to self. This is not just music to listen to—it’s music to feel, soften into, and come back home to your body.
Inspired by themes of resilience, capacity, and the “soft response,” the sound blends soulful tones, gentle rhythms, and reflective storytelling to meet listeners wherever they are—whether in anxiety, transition, grief, or growth.
Every piece is written and produced with intention. Vocals are created using AI as a creative instrument—allowing expanded expression while staying rooted in healing, authenticity, and care. This approach honors both innovation and the deeply human need for connection, regulation, and restoration.
This is a space for slowing down. For regulating. For remembering your capacity to heal.
Welcome to the sound of embodied peace.
